We are having chicken with chinese stir fry vegetables for dinner, this evening. I have forgotten to buy a stir fry sauce to add for the last few minutes. I don't really want to go out and buy one.
Any ideas for a sauce I can make out of store cupboard ingredients?
Wow ladies, I have just combined a few tablespoons of honey, wholegrain mustard, ginger, garlic, sun dried tomato puree cornflour and water, salt and paper and stuck it in the microwave. It is absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much.

There's no harm in putting soy sauce in the fridge....but it really doesn't need it. It has a high salt content, so will not go "off" at ambient temperatures.
I'm in!!!! May have a slight issue with the running though you can get some pretty damn zippy mobility scooters these days, I'm thinking a pimp my ride jobby ;)
