If you are going to close all the branches in the city centre except one - don't have a staff meeting first thing, and if you do, why not let customers in the building to use the ATM's

I wanted to deposit £700 this morning to be available straight away - but oh no they have to have a staff meeting
Why they can't have one after closing or do half staff one day and half the other is beyond me. Six months ago there were 3 branches to choose from
My hubby won't hear a word against them, he gets a good return through his 321 account. But he does all his banking online as there has never been a branch local to us
