Where can i get hold of an ID card that proves im a student for getting discount in cinemas etc?

you apply to the student union of the place you are a student at.

If you are a geniune student you would have been provided with photo ID on your first day at Uni when you registered.

as darth says, students union will provide card ... you can then go here if you need to activate it: http://www.nusonline.co.uk/ Your uni cards won't always get you discounts, some businesses only take the nus card.

thnx everyone, i'll try NUS but someone else told me i can get a connexions card so i'll look there too. not a uni student by the way, just A-levels.....
