After mulling things over, I have arranged to go into the local primary to do some 'work experience' with the aim of going back to teaching but switching to primary from secondary. Feeling quite excited + nervous - haven't worked for over eight years.

I think I can cope with year 6 (age 10 - 11) but I'm used to working with older pupils/students 14 - 18. However, I do now have quite a bit experience of littler people and my 'professional' outlook has changed from when I choose my career at 18.
