Does anyone know a easy exercise or website to tone up the stomach i theres ovbiously the sit up but are there any other more effective ones

If it the top half of your tummy then cruches, if it's the bottom half, lie flat, place your hands underneath you bottom and bring your knees into your chest and then lower them back down without putting your heels on the floor. DO NOT DO THIS THOUGH IF YOU HAVE BACK PROBLEMS

the plank or bridge are good exercises for the stomach and also other parts of the body...I can't describe them very well here but you'll be able to find them easily with a web search.
Leg raises are good. Lie on your back and raise your legs off the ground then lift them to a 90 degree angle then slowly drop them to about 1 inch off the floor then raise them again. If would start of with 10x sessions because they require a strong back
