Kitchen cupboard doors with the usual adjustable two hinges. The side where the adjustable part is, the screws have come out of the holes of one hinge which are now too big to take a screw. Need to move the hinge down a bit and refit. On the actual door is a circular cut out for the circular part of the hinge to fit into. Is there a special drill bit to make a precise hole as I am aware the doors all come pre cut.

Common problem, Needy. To fix the holes, drill them out and glue in some dowels. Let the dowel stick out a bit. When the glue has gone off, saw it off flush. You need for instance, 8mm dowels and an 8mm drill bit. When ready, mark where the screws gon and drill a 5mm hole. The existing screws should take nicely then. 5mm is standard. First why not try to pack the original screw holes and re-use, pack broken off toothpicks/cocktail sticks into the hole with wood filler or plastic wood, allow to dry thoroughly, sand smooth, re-drill pilot hole and re-screw hinge. Did this on my old kitchen and it worked fine, it does depend on the state of the (presumably) chipboard that the original holes are in.
I would certainly fill or pack the old hole first before embarking on the larger job of trying to cut out for a new hinge position.
This happened to my daughters wardrobe door. I filled the holes with a filler and the screws went back in ok, the door still works 2 years later and it's pretty heavy.

Relocating the 35mm hinge hole is tricky without using a pillar drill or drill press. The bit mentioned by Talbot is the one, but it does have to be positioned accurately. Do this only if you really have to.
new doors arent that expensive if you can still get the colour / pattern
