We see the Crisis day after day with the Migration of peoples from all parts of the world, we also hear of the deaths of many, rather than these people risk their life's / families life's, would it not be safer to stop where they are & try & get the world leaders to sort out their country's problems? I think by letting in Refuges from other country's is going to cost a lot of tension amongst the all ready over crowded Towns / Villages / Cities.

What like rebuild their bombed house in the middle of a war zone?
TWR - if you were in their position, and IS were approaching your village, and the prospect was for you to be shot and your wife and daughters raped would you -

a) sit tight and wait for the world leaders to sort out the problems?

b) gather up your family, take what you can carry and run, preferably to another country where you can escape this level of persecution.

(Hint - the answer is not 'a').
Andy, it seems to me that there aren't a lot of families though, just males.
It depends on the specific circumstances of the country referred to. Actual peril is different to an unfairly or poorly run country. For sure it's best to stay and put right basic problems but sometimes things are so bad an emergency short term measure has to be performed. Ideally folk should return when the cause of a problem is sorted though. The rest of the world can not afford to be a permanent receiver of people and cultures.
Did Cameroon really say Britain was in the forefront of helping refugees? If it is have I missed something?

What are world leaders doing to sort out the crisis?

In Syria they're probably making it worse.
He is referring to the fact that help is a larger area than just taken folk in. That the UK pays more foreign aid of something rather than take in more people into an already overcrowded country so that makes the UK in the forefront, or something like that.
Cameron likes to think we are 'at the forefront', but when we take five thousand, and Germany takes three-quarters-of-a-million this year alone, that's a difficult argument to win.
wait and starve until the likes of Cameron do something about it? Would you?

"Did Cameroon really say Britain was in the forefront of helping refugees? If it is have I missed something? "

Yes. I think he means that Britain is helping on the ground in the affected countries. All well and good, but that is a SLOOW process (and an expensive one, requiring lots of that much-maigned foreign aid).
Meanwhile what to do with the ones already here. And even his own hack benchers are now telling him we're bang out of order on that one.
Mind you I've just been watching the beast of Budapest Viktor Orban speaking in Brussels, and compared to him Cameron verily is Mother Theresa (well I know we are not supposed to like her any more but you get the point)
I still think England and the US are to blame for invading in the first place.
"England" Sharon? Thought it was Britain?
England or Britian! Take your pick.

I will fully admit politics is NOT my thing. I am not politically minded at all i wish i was...

But surley to god.... There is something we can do?

We being europe as a whole or the USA all of us?? I know there is a problem with so many people coming here to live but there must be something?

Isnt there land or something!? Genuinely i dont know. I can barley breathe when i look at those innocent children. X
Syria is bigger than England. We cant take them all. We rebuilt UK after WW2 and thru freezing weather.

I think America should be taking some of these refugees with no questions asked.
Morning, Sweetie....I'd put up with the tension......if I didn't have to see another picture of a little child washed up on a beach......
That picture is horrendous! So heartbreaking.
