I find it utterly dispicable and disrespectful that Jeremy Corbyn refused to sing the National Anthem today at the 75th Anniversary of the Battle of Britain service.

Disrespectful not only to our Queen and country but also to the many who gave their lives for this country.

How do you feel about him being a Party Leader with an attitude like this?

Maybe he can't sing - if it was me, I would have cleared the whole beano in seconds.... However, he needs to smarten up starting with doing his top button up and pushing his tie into place. Shades of Michael Foot to him - and God help it if he goes for the duffel coat and white poppy at the Cenotaph.

He's too far left for me, I thought he looked uncomfortable today having to play by the rules of the Queens Parliament. Disrespectful too, over large jacket, slack tie, the Unions will keep him employed though.
I don't think it's any more disrespectful than David Cameron taking a selfie at a funeral. Honestly, do you?
To be fair that was Helle Thorning-Schmidt...David just took part.
Oh dear ...how many of you rushed out of the cinema years ago when they played the national anthem or did you all stay the bitter end :)
Willingly and gleefully Talbot. I have seen the footage, it's in the public domain.
That's a far better use of the word disrespect IMO
I don't think Dave was disrespectful, I also saw the footage, Barak Obama, Dave and the woman who took the selfie Helle Thorning-Schmidt were seated, not during the funeral service. Corbyn, is indeed a shoo-in for Michael Foot, with a silly disrespectful attitude, white poppies fgs. and no allegience to the Queen. I almost forgot he was representing the Labour party instead of a Marxist rally.
They were at a funeral Askyourgran.
I realise you're so right wing you almost fall off the edge, but surely that's worse than not singing a song?
History notes that there have been many who would sing the anthem while secretly devoting their lives to the overthrow of the country, many notables and friends of royalty and those who lord it over us.

It's not much of an indicator in itself as to loyalty, devotion and respect.
Classic video, Mikey...much more fun than a clumsily-eaten bacon sandwich!
he stood quietly and did not show any outward signs of disrespect...I fail to see what the commotion is all about..had he started singing the red flag it would be another point..and as for his dress sense.let him be..I worked with Michael Foot in the Ministerial suite and a nicer man you couldnot have met..his dress mattered less to him than people did..he had his own priorities in life and got on with it...get over it..
There is more disrespect shown in the house than this issue, what about all the lies coming out with promises?
