and can you still but them? Those metal runner things with wheels on that you put under the fridge etc so you can pull it out easier.They are extendable also, but I just can't think what they would be called so don't know how to google for them to see if they are still sold. Many thanks. x

I've used a couple of spare pieces of laminate flooring for the purpose, they slide under easily and you can move whatever without damaging the floor.
