I seem to have had nowt but problems since I went onto W 10 . A dialogue box comes up about the "Realtek H D Audio Manager " and when I click OK it goes but only for 10 mins or so. How do I get rid of it, please ?

Also and more annoying, is a beep beep which has started a couple of days ago. It sounds like the beeping that accompanies a "notification" or when someone calls on Skype. Very very annoying and I have to use the comp' with the sound OFF . It's going ALL the time . My comp is now so slow and I still cannot fathom (even after help previously on here ) how to get shortcuts onto Desktop .

All very annoying stuff . Even typing this as taken ages as it stops and the buffering circle starts spinning. Help please , Chris

The beeping and the Realtek message might be related. A recent issue of WebUser magazine suggested trying this solution to Windows 10 problems with Realtek audio devices:

The slowness of you computer might be due to insufficient memory on your computer. Windows 10 will theoretically run with 2Gb of memory but the technical press are reporting that it runs very slowly and recommend a minimum of 4Gb.
Sounds like a sound driver issue. Update the sound drivers.
