How you manage to get an apostrophe into this is beyond me. I am chief of the apostrophe police and cannot find anything wrong with this thread in that respect.

one is an adjective ( musical ) and one a noun in apposition ( music )

Times had a discussion on this a few years ago - over "Neonatal Secretary"
I mean a mad secretary is one who is mad so is a Neonatal Secretary a secretary who is aged four weeks or under or is she a Secretary dealing with neonatal admissions ?
