Has anyone changed a dip beam headlight bulb on an 06 Astra?

It looks to me like the road wheel has to be removed, then the splash panel inside the wheel arch, to get at the headlight mounting. Has anyone done it? Thanks.

Hello. I'm back.

I came home from hospital on Thursday night. Whilst I was in I got "hospital acquired pneumonia", which cleared up pretty quickly. I'm very sore, very bruised and facing loads of physio now....
