Excel conditional format

is it possible for the value of a cell to determine the format of a non adjacent cell eg, If A3=1 the D7=blue and if A3=2 then D7=green have tried excel on line help but can't find the answer. thanks...

AVG Virus found

AVG keeps finding a trojan in my system in a file called "C:\System Volume Information\restore tec.etc" I've done searches of all files in my "c" drive and can't find these files hidden or otherwise....

Interference between video dender and wireless network
