Does anyone have one, and if so how do you lift the filter off for cleaning? The instructions say "lift out", but mine won't budge! Any ideas?...

Fencing between neighbours gardens

There is a fence between my garden and my neighbours garden. I have put handing baskets on brackets on my side of the fence on the concrete posts of the fence.These have been in place several years...

Can anyone tell me the correct number to ring at BT to ask for my number to be changed? I have tried 0800 800 150 with no success.
