GAS BILL - Over-charged?!?!?!

My gas bill has been estimated by 13th Dec when the last flat tenant moved out. My first bill has just arrived and I nearly had a heart attack at only 30.... it's for ?183!!!! I have the heating on...

Re-fitting a pedestal
