Subscribing To A Question

This might sound stupid but could somebody please explain to me how the Subscribe to this question feature works? I tick the box but then nothing seems to happen. Does it actually work? Thanks

SYSTEM32 Folder

When I boot up my computer, the SYSTEM32 folder opens up and just sits there. What, if anything can I do about this? The folder does not appear in the Startup folder that I can see. Thanks

If I have a 1.2kW fan heater, does this rating mean 1.2kW of electricity into the fan heater per unit time, or 1.2kW of heat out of the fan heater, meaning the real electricity input would be bigger?
