my puter keeps crashing

can someone help me please my puter keeps turning off whenever it feels like it i have to unplug it to get it started again can anyone tell me wot causes this before i throw it out the window

do i need a return ticket

ty Chris now another question Do i need a one way ticket if I want to apply to stay longer after the six months is up or do I still have to get a return ticket Dolphiness
