Cooking large salmon in dishwasher

I tried this system as recommended by some chefs on TV, but when I opened the dishwasher at end of cooking the salmon was gone. Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I was looking at a vacancy that states "28.5 hours per week Job" but it also states "Full time hours are 37.5 per week (pro-rata for part-time)" - what does all this mean ? Please help.
