"teh" instead of "the"

Is there any reason why every time I try to type "the" it comes out as "teh" unless I'm really careful. Seriously, it happen all the time. Is there a name for this tendency? It's not as if "h" and "e"...

Commuter swimming

Does anybody swim as part of a regular comute to work/college etc. I mean swim across a river/lake/pond in the same way as you would cross a road. Has anybody heard of anybody who dopes this?

Don't suppose anybody knows anywhere in Manchester which converts the US NTSC videos into PAL ones? Or failing that, anywhere in the UK which offers such a service by post?
