Clicking sound from Tower Casing

The kind of sound I refer to is the 'clicking sound' we hear from the tower casing just before the computer is turn off. Sometime I hear this sound when the computer is idle and the HDD is very busy...

Symbol on Toothpaste

I noticed there is a symbol on the toothpaste. The symbol like a 'cap' and got a number and alphabet on it. sometime it is 12M sometime it is 10M. what this means?
