spotty leaves on pears

I have two pear trees which have not yet fruited - the leaves have developed bright orange spots and some of them are blackening at the edges - are they being attacked by bugs or is it a disease?...

plum tree

I have 2 plum trees in the garden this year they blossomed for the first time but what looks like shrivelled plum stones are hanging on the tree and are now falling off - what has gone wrong? Estell

my plum tree blossomed and some what looked like stones shrivelled up appeared - now they have dropped off is this normal? I've never had plums before so don't know what to do (I have 2 of them)...
