problem with the R4 for ds

after loading games the screen on the ds just comes up with stripes what have i done wrong?

usb problem

When i put more than one usb into my pc the other will not work, it does not matter which socket i have tried them all the same thing still happens

when i try adding a usb device my mouse will not work if i remove the added usb device my mouse will then work any ideas what is wrong
