why does windows xp not let me download electric eels directly to my bedroom, my old omiga did! (even the coaxing them out of the cpu with stilton cheese dosnt work)

Invaded by Wasps!!

We have a Wasps nest above our lounge window outside. The local coucil says it will cost 40 quid to eradicate them! Is there a cheaper, safer, kind & effective way of doing this ourselves?
