What causes the feeling of being spaced out & unreal? (Not alchohol or drugs!) Do lots of people feel like this & how do you get out of it? I can barely think straight some of the time & it feels like...

Juvenile Myoclonic Epilepsy

My 16 year son was diagnosed with this in January 2003 after he suffered a seizure out of the blue. He has been on a very low dose of Lamictal to control it and thankfully has suffered no more...
