Hi all when you get bail is it automatically giving if been on bail before this Friday they are at crown court for ptph he was told some bail some one had to be a guarantee for u and have to pay money...

What is a pre trial preparation hearing mean in crown court and how long before trial starts is it weeks or months...

Hi does anyone know why if someone has been charged with theft x4 why is it going to magistrates court first before crown seems daft to me
