Can somebody put my mind at ease ? When reading a stamp catalogue which figure is for the mint stamps ?Is it the outer figure or inner figure e.g. 60 80 which of those figures would be the mint value...

How long should you leave the light on in a tank? I switch ours on quite early in the morning and leave it until quite late in the evening.My husband says it is making the water too warm for the fish...
