LTD Company setup

Hi I'm working as a sole trader and need to move to a ltd company setup, can anyone reccomend using a quicksetup company such as Companies Made simple or similar? Thank you...

reporting a drug dealer

I know the name and address of a known cocaine dealer in the area. I want to report it but how do I go about it anomonously?
