locating car information

does anyone no any websites where you can input a car registration number and all the car details come up ie date of first reg, owners etc a friend of mine said you used to be able to do it on ebay...

Super Glue

I recently spilt some super glue on my kitchen work bench and it has caked on solid (yes i no i should have put some newspaper down!!!) does anyone no what i can use to clean it off..........Thanks
