how long would an electricians responsibility last for work done on iring etc. If a fault occured say 6 years on would the electrician still have to take responsibility or would it be deemed the work...

Electricity usage

I have just received my quarterly electricity bill which shows that I am using an average 18.43KWh a day. I have a 2 bed mid-terraced house with no gas and live on my own. Is this good/bad high/low?
