Company registration?

i have a education website which i want to upload to the net. Do i need to register the company? if so, what do i put down as my registered office since i dont have one and doing everything from home?...

Tenancy

A lettings agent wants the first month's rent and deposit to be paid 7 days before the commencement of the tenancy. Is this standard?
