connect a tv, freeview box and dvd recorder

I want to connect a tv, freeview box and dvd recorder, using scart leads, but only have one scart on tv and 2 two on the other two.

the relevent device, a usb drive works on my laptop xp home, but gives thefollowing error, This device cannot start. (Code 10) when plugged into my other which has xp pro, don't seem to get anywhere...

i bought a panasonic camcorder nv-gs17eb which says with a firewire to pc you can import your video to pc so as to be able to put on dvd trouble is doesn't recognise camera maybe i'm using wrong...
