Loss Of Benefits For Having 24 Hour Care

hope this is the right place for this, if someone has 24 hour care, and they had been in receipt of mobility/disability allowance would this stop because the care had been put in place....

Radiator not working

A radiator in a bedroom which hasn't been on for a long time is not heating up. The pin in the TRV sees to be stuck down, does this mean the valve is closed?

is it right that these have a timing chain rather than a timing belt, apparently if its a chain they are more or less everlating but a belt has to be changed as per miles or years, thanx
