What's wrong with them?

Two of my four goldfish have gotten a white and red "covering" over one of their eyes. It also looks kind of swollen. Is there any way to fix it? And What is it? Thanks in advance.

I have four goldfish which are around 7 years old and some time ago, two of them had gotten a white and red "covering" over their eye. What is it?
