use heat or cold for injuries?

wut shall i do to minor injuries to an ankle or elbow, should i ice it or apply warmth to it? thanks

semen left in urethra??

is it possible that some of the semen after ejaculation be left in the urethra, and cause some pain when you urinate?? because it doesn't seem possible that every bit of semen would be ejaculated...
