pc screen moved

I came out of google earth last night and my task bar/start/clock etc had moved itself from the bottom of my screen to the top. Can anyone tell me how i get it back to the bottom again please. Thanks...

Can any one give me recipe for the runny yellow sauce you have with kebabs in indian restaurants? All other recipes i have seen produce a thick type of sauce with yoghurt. Iam doing a curry for dinner...
