Tesco Direct charges when you collect !

I am fuming .. I went to my local Tesco Direct counter to buy something for ?24.96 and was told I have to pay an extra ~?4.95 for delivery because the item was under ?25.00 ! But I wasn't having it...

i work for tesco and are having new uniform . im on a flexi contract and contracted for one day fridays 7-4 .mon -mthursday they give me flexi hours so basiclly i work anything upto 37and half hours...
