i have down loaded some rubbish that i would like to delete it each time i right click it , it delete's but when i start the computer up it comes back on the right side at the bottom

Can you download the Windows updates as .exe files? I thought I could create a CD for updating Windows computers with poor internet connections: I could see what security etc patches were required...
