Slow start

After i switch on my computer and click on an icon - either my email or a favourite site - it can take about 3 full minutes for the site to open up. Shouldnt it be quicker than that?

Good for a cold?

I have a bad cold with aching bones and stuffed sinuses. Would a hot bath be a help in getting me a nights sleep? I tossed and turned last night.
