I guess it really depends on the specific circumstances but generally speaking would you rather regret not doing something or regret doing it.

Speeding

Does the speeding laws apply to vechicles with engine or could you been stopped for cycling (push bike) to fast...say going down a hill on a bike at 30mph in a 20mph limit. And even running too...
