my mobile phone won't work

Can anyone suggest what might be the problem with my phone. I tried to switch it on, and all I get is a white screen with the words "test mode" in red. No other key or function works. Any ideas before...

Can anybody tell me if you can somehow get rid of the internet on your mobile. I keep pressing the internet button and keep on going into the internet by mistake, just dont want to get a huge bill !!

In Windows XP what is the sequence on booting up before the desktop is shown? My computer halts after a message 'no signal' and waiting for the pointer which does not appear. '

Just got a new laptop,and the screen is covered in fingerprints, went to buy wipes today but they wanted ?4 for a small tub, do any abers have other suggestions, maybe a baby wipe perhaps or maybe not...
