Has anyone had probs with Hotmail?

I've tried signing on to Hotmail since 2 p.m. today but it still says it's unavailable. Has anyone else had problems with it?

yesterday i clicked on a virus not knowing at the time it was a link from msn and as soon as i clicked it my computor started to go crazy it suddenley started sending the link to all my contacts now...
