Opening Instant Nails

I know this is a stupid question but how do I open the tube please? There isnt much of a nozzle, that comes separately to screw on, so I have been trying to push a proper nail in the top, to no avail....

my ipad seems to have died. i can use it offline but trying to get on AB or any other site is a nightmare. the refresh button doesnt work, it starts to refresh then stops halfway across and everything...
