Birkenstock Repair

Hi I have recently bought some new birkenstocks and noticed in the leaflet that comes with it that they say never throw them away as the leather/suede bit you out your foot on (hope that makes sense)...

Today I cant login to AB under my user name 'Henkle' it seems the name or password is wrong. I checked with the account activation Email and my details are correct, but clicking on the activation link...
