Dilemma

I have some DVDs and CDs here at work that need to be mailed out on Monday as prizes.Now some of the CDs and DVDs are not sealed (Gwen Stefani album and Hitch DVD).  My dilemma is do I take them...

Is there any way to reduce sweating? I've never been really sweaty but then I'm used to the cool climate of England. Now in Japan it's around 34 degrees everyday and really humid. I'm having to shower...
