Travelling to a Winter/Snow Destination at 24 weeks pregnant

hi this may seem like a bit of a daft question but me and the OH are thinking about having a city break before the baby comes and are thinking about cold snowy destinations like Finland or Norway....

Getting Old

Our family dog is getting older, she is now 10/11 years old. she sometimes finds it difficult jumping up on the sofa and things like that but can still run around and almost keep up with our 1yr old...
