black whats attrating them?

i have loads of black fly in my garden, around my door, on my flowerws, how do i kill them and what is attracting them?

cats and dogs not getting along

12 week old puppy Shar pei and 4 year old cat, the dogs just wants to chase the cat and i'm frightened the dog will be aggressive towards the cat. Is there any thing i can do to make them tolarate...
