what is the black stuff that grows in washing machine detergent comparment and in bathrooms? is it a fungal growth or mould (or are those terms interchangeable)?

rain sensing wipers on zafira

it says in the manual that it needs a light tap up but i can't get the tap just right so i just start the wipers. how can i overcome this?

Is it very expensive or even possible to get parking sensors fitted to a car that is not new? i am buying a 6 month old zafira and would love parking sensors but it doesn't have them.
