Mis-Sold Endowment

I have had my claim for a mis-sold endowment claim upheld by Friends Provident although have only been awarded a small compensation due to paying off 35% of the mortgage by part redemptions in 1995...

Does anyone know if you can get free advice from a solicitor? I was told a few years ago that you could get half an hour and they could advise whether you had a case or not thanks
