my ex partner does not pay anything towards morgage since left but bank wont take name of so what can i do why should be paying all morgage and he get half and i cant sell and downsize as got two bed...

my morgage company wont let me take my ex partners name of as they say do not have enough income but i am paying it myself as she wont give me any money he wants to sign it over to me as i have two...
