blood pressure update

I have now been on b/p/tablets for three days. Wednesday I went to doctors and my blood pressure was still quite high at 160/100, so have been given AMLODIPINE 5 mg. I have an appointment for a months...

Spacestation sightings over uk start again tonight for late evening sightings.

Sighting time tonight is 9 33 pm but only a 1 minute sighting SSE departing SE. May not be dark enough but there are longer sightings for the next 10 days.
